It is KMK’s policy to provide services that are technically sound and responsive to our clients needs. KMK manages quality issues on service and construction projects by creating a Quality Control Organization within the KMK. This organization of project team members is independent of those persons physically performing the work. The primary responsibility of the organization is to implement our firm’s written Project Contractor Quality Control Plan. This plan parallels what the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (US ACOE) defines as a three phase process for construction quality management. Each member of the organization is certified by the ACOE to have completed the Construction Quality Management for Contractors training course. This accreditation is also recognized by the U.S. Navy as part of their QC program.
KMK Construction, Inc. is a CVE verified service-disabled veteran-owned, 8(a) certified SDB, specializing in general contracting, facility maintenance, building renovation and repair, and remediation services of residential housing units and commercial and industrial buildings.
