Located at the Naval Station, Newport, Rhode Island this task order was issued as part of our firm’s IDIQ Roof Repair/Replacement contract. It required the complete replacement of 19,550 sf of EPDM membrane down to the existing steel roof deck located at Building 1284 – CHI Evans Hall, Naval Station Newport. The replacement included new rigid insulation, flashing, metal edge trim, crickets and roof drains. The project also included the complete upgrade and certification of the lightning protection system.
