U.S. Army, Honorably Discharged, Disabled Vet; 35 years construction experience; 25 years government/military contracting experience; 25 years continuous contracting with the Dept. of the Navy Northeast; 25 years experience working directly with the federal government on the corporate Owner/General Manager levels.

 

Lori A. Runions

Vice President

20+ years management and supervisory experience in government contracting: past 12 years Ms Runions has been in charge of all of KMK’s contract administration. She oversees the daily administrative and financial operations of KMK Construction, Inc.

 

Robert Levesque, PE

Vice President in Charge of Construction

27+ years experience in government contracting and the construction industry on the corporate, engineering, design and project supervision levels; contact for all his assigned projects and is directly responsible for quality control and all project-related personnel and subcontractors.

 

George Remick

Director of Marketing

40+ years experience in government contracts with a concentration on scheduling and estimating in design/build, environmental remediation and demolition projects within budget and ahead of schedule; maintains working relationships and open communication with contracting officers.

 

Larry Masse

Senior Estimator

15+ years experience in residential and commercial construction with a concentration on estimating, bid assembly, planning, scheduling, cost control, management of subcontractors and project management for state, municipal, federal, institutional, hospital and private sectors.

 

Tyler Phillips

Senior Contract Administrator

10 years experience in contract administration, quality control and site safety for construction projects with the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration and General Services Administration.

 

 

 

 

Our History

KMK’s current and past project experience illustrates our participation in complex renovation and construction projects. These include military and government facilities, repair, maintenance and renovation of occupied facilities, abatement (including asbestos, mold and lead paint), demolition, structural repair and upgrade, window replacement, roofing, complex HVAC upgrades, plumbing and electrical projects.

 

KMK has worked successfully with the Departments of the Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Fish & Wildlife, General Services Administration, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.  KMK is currently working on several projects in Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
